Usage Guidelines

7Hydroz chewable tablets are produced using ultra-concentrated advanced kratom alkaloid extract. They contain 15 mg of 7-hydroxymitragynine per tablet, which is equivalent to 2 strong kratom doses (approximately 1-2 x OPMS Black shots).

The recommended dose for 7Hydroz is half of a tablet.*

Newer users or people sensitive to the effects of kratom are recommended to start with a quarter of a tablet.*

It is not advised to mix 7Hydroz with other kratom products.*

Most users report feeling the effects of 7Hydroz within 20 minutes. It is recommended to wait at least 4 hours between doses and to consume no more than one and a half tablets (3 doses) per 24-hour period.*
